As a passionate admirer of A.Rahman, Karthik has always dreamed of meeting the big musical. After searching for many ways, he discovered that one of his friend’s close friends was the singer Srinivas, who sang many songs for Rahman.
During his brief conversation, Srinivas asked Karthik to sing a few lines and was impressed by his voice, asking him to watch the song more seriously. Taking the signal, Karthik resumed his singing lessons.
After nearly a year since he met Srinivas, Karthik received a call from him. Apparently, Rahman needed new voices to support the singers for a Pukar song, and Srinivas could not contact any of the singers, then remembered Karthik and tried to contact him.
Ironically, Karthik had gone out with his friends and was unavailable for some time. Luckily, he managed to get the information in time and ran to the recording studio.
After more than a year as a support vocalist, Karthik had a chance during the re-recording of One 2 Ka 4. Whether it’s an Enakoru popcorn or an Anjalai-peppered emotion, Karthik has a rare versatility.
He is probably also one of the first singers to have played professionally without the help of a two-digit orchestra. With a handful of handpicked professional musicians, including Roland Bennet, Karthik undoubtedly plays the cliché that the audience does not like the improvisations of the pieces of the film to rest.
With so many solos, ever-increasing rhythms, rhythms and the spirit of the original, Karthik and his five-part performance have caused a sensation of shows throughout southern India.
In most South Indian film productions, Karthik strives to broaden his musical horizons by exploring the fusion and exploring his potential as a complete musician.
